WHY DONATE TO EDS?

EDS has been innovating in service of a strong sustainability agenda, taking care of the lives of indigenous peoples and helping in the preservation of the Amazon Rainforest.

EDS has a volunteer medical team, composed of about 300 members, including doctors, registered nurses, and a technical team responsible for logistics and support.

EDS maintains a close relationship with indigenous organizations, receiving their solid institutional support. In addition, the organization has the support of the Ministries of Health, Defense, and Indigenous Peoples.

EDS operations are sustained by donations from the private sector, individuals, and international foundations. The organization undergoes annual audits conducted by EY (Ernst & Young).

IMPACT EXPECTATION

* Direct impact expected for a three-month period, with two Mobile Units for service and glasses donation.

** Population benefited from the rehabilitation of a Basic Health Unit.
